About Moe Pwint Phyu
I am a data-driven analyst with experience in index and ETF construction, financial markets and investment research.
At ISS-STOXX in New York, I have worked on constructing 100+ thematic indices and ETFs, developing ideas for new products and tracking performance to inform investment strategies. My experience at the International Finance Corporation and Anthesis Group strengthened my skills in research, and financial modeling.
With a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS), I bring both macro and micro perspectives to analyzing investment risks and opportunities.
Born and raised in Myanmar, I earned my undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, practicing yoga, reading global news and history, and cooking new recipes.
